B ut Rabshakeh said unto them, Hath my master sent me to thy master, and to thee, to speak these words? hath he not sent me to the men which sit on the wall, that they may eat their own dung, and drink their own piss with you?

Dar Rab-Şache le-a zis: – Oare stăpânului vostru şi vouă, m-a trimis stăpânul meu să spun aceste cuvinte? Oare nu m-a trimis la oamenii aceştia, care stau pe zid şi care, asemenea vouă, vor trebui să-şi mănânce propriile murdării şi să-şi bea propriul ud?
