T hen the king of Assyria commanded, saying, Carry thither one of the priests whom ye brought from thence; and let them go and dwell there, and let him teach them the manner of the God of the land.

Le roi d'Assyrie donna cet ordre: Faites-y aller l'un des prêtres que vous avez emmenés de là en captivité; qu'il parte pour s'y établir, et qu'il leur enseigne la manière de servir le dieu du pays.
