A nd king Ahaz cut off the borders of the bases, and removed the laver from off them; and took down the sea from off the brasen oxen that were under it, and put it upon the pavement of stones.

Il re Acaz spezzò anche i riquadri delle basi e ne tolse le conche che c’erano sopra; fece togliere il Mare di bronzo da sopra i buoi di bronzo che servivano da sostegno e lo posò sopra un pavimento di pietra.
