A nd Solomon had forty thousand stalls of horses for his chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen.

وَكانَ لَدَى سُلَيْمانَ اسْطَبلاتٌ تَتَّسِعُ لِأربَعَةِ آلافٍ مِنْ خُيُولِ مَركِباتِهِ، وَاثنا عَشَرَ ألفَ فارِسٍ.
