A nd the men of Judah came, and there they anointed David king over the house of Judah. And they told David, saying, That the men of Jabeshgilead were they that buried Saul.

Então vieram os homens de Judá, e ali ungiram Davi rei sobre a casa de Judá. Depois informaram a Davi, dizendo: Foram os homens de Jabes-Gileade que sepultaram a Saul.
