A nd the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;

Atunci Domnul Dumnezeu a trimes un somn adînc peste om, şi omul a adormit; Domnul Dumnezeu a luat una din coastele lui şi a închis carnea la locul ei.
