¶ And David came to the two hundred men who were so faint that they could not follow David, whom they had made also to remain at the brook Besor, and they went forth to meet David and to meet the people that were with him, and when David came near to the people, he saluted them with peace.

Poi Davide giunse dai duecento uomini che erano troppo stanchi per seguire Davide, e che egli aveva fatto rimanere al torrente Besor. Questi andarono incontro a Davide e alla gente che era con lui. Così Davide si avvicinò loro e li salutò.
