A nd Saul and the men of Israel were gathered together and pitched camp by the valley of Elah and ordered the battle against the Philistines.

وَحَشَدَ شاوُلُ جُنُودَ بَني إسْرائِيلَ أيضاً، وَعَسكَرُوا فِي وادِي البُطمِ. وَاصطَفُّوا استِعداداً لِمُقاتَلَةِ الفِلِسْطِيِّينَ.
