A nd the three eldest sons of Jesse had gone and followed Saul to the battle. And the names of his three sons that went to the battle were Eliab, the firstborn, and next unto him Abinadab and the third Shammah.

Cei trei fii mai mari ai lui Isai urmaseră pe Saul la război; întîiul născut din cei trei fii ai lui, cari porniseră la război, se numea Eliab, al doilea Abinadab, şi al treilea Şama.
