T hen his father and his mother said unto him, Is there never a woman among the daughters of thy brethren or among all my people that thou goest to take a wife of the uncircumcised Philistines? And Samson said unto his father, Get her for me; for she pleases me well.

Pero ellos le respondieron: «¿Y acaso ya no hay mujeres entre las hijas de tus parientes, ni en todo nuestro pueblo, para que vayas y tomes por mujer una filistea, hija de incircuncisos?» Y Sansón respondió: «Pidan por mí a esa mujer, porque es la que me gusta.»
