A nd Samson’s wife wept before him and said, Thou dost only hate me and dost not love me, for thou hast not declared unto me the enigma that thou hast put forth unto the sons of my people. And he said unto her, Behold, I have not told it to my father nor my mother, and must I tell it to thee?

И така, жената на Самсон заплака пред него: Ти само ме мразиш и не ме обичаш. Задал си гатанка на онези, които са от народа ми, а на мене не си я разгадал. А той ѝ отговори: Дори на баща си и майка си не съм я разгадал, та на тебе ли ще я кажа?
