N ow therefore fear the LORD and serve him in perfection and in truth and put away from among you the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the river and in Egypt, and serve ye the LORD.

Agora, pois, temei ao Senhor, e servi-o com sinceridade e com verdade; deitai fora os deuses a que serviram vossos pais dalém do Rio, e no Egito, e servi ao Senhor.
