A nd the others, truly, were many priests because they were not able to continue by reason of death:

كانَ فِي العَهدِ القَدِيْمِ رُؤَساءُ كَهَنَةٍ كَثِيْرُونَ. وَكُلَّما ماتَ أحَدُهُمْ، كانَ لا بُدَّ مِنَ استِبدالِهِ.
