( For we who have believed do enter into the rest) as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, they shall not enter into my rest although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.

Pois nós, os que cremos, é que entramos naquele descanso, conforme Deus disse: “Assim jurei na minha ira: Jamais entrarão no meu descanso”; embora as suas obras estivessem concluídas desde a criação do mundo.
