¶ It is in order then, brethren, that we beseech and exhort you in the Lord Jesus, that in the manner ye were taught of us how ye ought to walk and to please God, so ye would continue to grow.

Del resto, fratelli, avete imparato da noi il modo in cui dovete comportarvi e piacere a Dio ed è già così che vi comportate. Vi preghiamo e vi esortiamo nel Signore Gesù a progredire sempre di più.
