A nd the LORD thy God will put out those Gentiles before thee little by little; thou may not consume them at once lest the beasts of the field increase upon thee.

Domnul, Dumnezeul vostru, va izgoni aceste neamuri dinaintea voastră încetul cu încetul. Nu le veţi putea nimici repede ca să nu se înmulţească animalele sălbatice împotriva voastră.
