B ut food does not make us more acceptable unto God; for neither if we eat are we the better, neither if we eat not are we the worse.

غَيرَ أنَّ الطَّعامَ لا يُقَرِّبُنا مِنَ اللهِ. فَنَحنُ لا نَصِيرُ أسوَأ إنْ لَمْ نَأْكُلَ، وَلا نَكُونُ أًفضَلَ إنْ أكَلنا.
