T hen sin, when there was occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of lust. For without the law sin was as if it were dormant.

Mas o pecado, aproveitando a oportunidade dada pelo mandamento, produziu em mim todo tipo de desejo cobiçoso. Pois, sem a Lei, o pecado está morto.
