Then God withdrew and gave them up to worship the host of the heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, O ye house of Israel, have ye offered to me slain beasts and sacrifices by the space of forty years in the wilderness?


神 就 轉 臉 不 顧 ， 任 憑 他 們 事 奉 天 上 的 日 月 星 辰 ， 正 如 先 知 書 上 所 寫 的 說 ： 以 色 列 家 阿 ， 你 們 四 十 年 間 在 曠 野 ， 豈 是 將 犧 牲 和 祭 物 獻 給 我 麼 ？
