e specially because I know thee to be expert in all customs and questions which are among the Jews; therefore, I beseech thee to hear me patiently.

فَأنتَ مُطَّلِعٌ اطِّلاعاً واسِعاً عَلَى كُلِّ التَّقالِيدِ وَالمُجادَلاتِ اليَهُودِيَّةِ. وَلِهَذا فَإنِّي أرجُو أنْ تَستَمِعَ إلَيَّ بِصَبرٍ.
