T hen a certain woman named Lydia, a seller of purple, of the city of Thyatira, who feared God, heard us, whose heart the Lord opened that she attended unto the things which were spoken by Paul.
وَكانَتْ هُناكَ امْرأةٌ مُتَعَبِّدَةٌ للهِ اسْمُها لِيْدِيَّةُ مِنْ مَدِينَةِ ثَياتِيرا تَعمَلُ في بَيعِ الأقْمِشَةِ. فَبَينَما هِيَ تُصغِي إلَينا، فَتَحَ الرَّبُّ قَلبَها لِتَنتَبِهَ إلَى كَلامِ بُولُسَ.
