John 18:37 ~ Johannes 18:37

P ilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I AM king. To this end I was born, and for this cause I came into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth hears my voice.

Da sprach Pilatus zu ihm: So bist du dennoch ein König? Jesus antwortete: Du sagst es, ich bin ein König. Ich bin dazu geboren und in die Welt gekommen, daß ich für die Wahrheit zeugen soll. Wer aus der Wahrheit ist, der höret meine Stimme.
