a nd she was a widow eighty-four years, who departed not from the temple, serving night and day with fastings and prayers.

ثُمَّ بَقِيَتْ أرمَلَةً حَتَّى سِنِّ الرّابِعَةِ وَالثَّمانِيْنَ، وَلَمْ تَترُكْ ساحَةَ الهَيْكَلِ قَطُّ. كانَتْ تَعبُدُ اللهَ لَيلَ نَهارٍ بِالصَّومِ وَالصَّلاةِ.
