B ut when thou art called, go and sit down in the lowest place that when he that invited thee comes, he may say unto thee, Friend, come up higher; then shalt thou have glory in the presence of those that sit at the table with thee.

«لَكِنْ حِينَ تُدعَى، اذْهَبْ وَاجلِسْ فِي أدنَى مَكانٍ. وَحِينَ يَأْتِي مُضِيفُكَ، سَيَقُولُ لَكَ: ‹انتَقِلْ إلَى مَكانٍ أفضَلَ أيُّها الصَّدِيقُ.› حينَئِذٍ تَحصُلُ عَلَى كَرامَةٍ أمامَ كُلِّ الجالِسيِنَ.
