S o when evening was come, the lord of the vineyard said unto his steward, Call the labourers and give them their hire, beginning from the last unto the first.

«وَفِي نِهايَةِ اليَومِ، قالَ صاحِبُ الكَرْمِ لِوَكِيلِهِ: ‹ادْعُ العُمّالَ وَادفَعْ لَهُمْ أُجُورَهُمْ، مُبتَدِئاً بِمَنْ جاءَ آخِرَ الكُلِّ، وَمُنتَهِياً بِمَنْ جاءَ فِي البِدايَةِ.›
