Numbers 35:19 ~ ﺍﻟﻌﺪﺩ 35:19

T he kinsman avenger of blood shall slay the murderer; when he meets him, he shall slay him.

الَّذي يَثأرُ لِلدَّمِ هُوَ يَقْتُلُ القاتِلَ. عِنْدَما يَلْتَقِيانِ، فَالَّذي يَثأرُ لِلدَّمِ يُنَفِّذُ حُكْمَ الإعْدامِ.
