A nd they departed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the second day of the passover the sons of Israel went out with a high hand in the sight of all the Egyptians.

تَرَكُوا رَعَمْسِيسَ فِي اليَومِ الخامِسَ عَشَرَ مِنَ الشَّهرِ الأوَّلِ. فِي غَدِ الفِصحِ، خَرَجَ بَنو إسْرائِيلَ بِشَجاعَةٍ أمامَ كُلِّ المِصرِيِّينَ.
