حِينَئِذٍ، تَكَلَّمَ بَلْعامُ وَقالَ: «هَذِهِ هِيَ رِسالَةُ بَلْعامَ بْنِ بَعُورَ، الرِّسالَةُ الَّتِي رَآها الرَّجُلُ المَفْتُوحُ العَينِينِ.
