¶ Then Balak’s anger was kindled against Balaam, and smiting his hands together he said, I called thee to curse my enemies, and, behold, thou hast altogether blessed them these three times.

І запалав гнів Балаків на Валаама, і сплеснув він у долоні свої! І сказав Балак до Валаама: Я покликав тебе проклясти ворогів моїх, а ти ось, благословляючи, поблагословив їх оце тричі!
