Zechariah 14:17 ~ Zechariah 14:17

A nd it shall be that whoever will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of the hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.

If any of the families of the earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of All, they will have no rain.
