W oe to him that builds the city with blood and founds the village with iniquity!

وَيلٌ لَكَ يا مَنْ تَبنِي مَدِينَةً بِدِماءِ الأبرِياءِ، يا مَنْ تُؤَسِّسُ قَريَةً بِالشَّرِّ وَالأذَى!
