A lso the person who swears, pronouncing with his lips to do evil, or to do good, whatever it is that a man shall pronounce with an oath, and it is hid from him, when he knows of it, then he shall be guilty in one of these.

Quando uno giura con le labbra, parlando senza riflettere, di fare qualcosa di male o di bene, proferendo con leggerezza uno di quei giuramenti che gli uomini sono soliti pronunciare, quando viene a saperlo, è colpevole delle sue azioni.
