A nd the priest shall take of the blood of the sin with his finger and put it upon the horns of the altar of burnt offering and shall pour out its blood at the bottom of the altar of burnt offering;

Then the religious leader will take some of the blood of the sin gift with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt gifts. He will pour out the rest of its blood at the base of the altar of burnt gifts.
