A nd when a man lies carnally with a woman that is a bondmaid, betrothed to a husband and has not been completely ransomed nor been given her freedom, both shall be scourged; they shall not be put to death because she is not free.

Si un hombre yace con una mujer que es sierva desposada con alguno, y no está rescatada, ni le ha sido dada libertad, ambos serán azotados; no morirán, por cuanto ella no es libre.
