Hosea 10:8 ~ Osea 10:8

A nd the altars of Aven shall be destroyed, the sin of Israel: the thorn and the thistle shall grow upon their altars; and they shall say to the mountains, Cover us; and to the hills, Fall on us.

Anche gli alti luoghi di Aven, il peccato d'Israele, saranno distrutti; spine e rovi cresceranno sui loro altari. Allora diranno ai monti: «Copriteci!», e ai colli: «Cadeteci addosso!».
