A nd the king appointed them a daily provision of the king’s food and of the wine which he drank, so nourishing them three years, that at the end thereof they might stand before the king.

Il re assegnò loro una razione giornaliera dei cibi squisiti del re e del vino che beveva egli stesso; dovevano essere educati per tre anni, al termine dei quali sarebbero passati al servizio del re.
