S on of man, thy brethren, even thy brethren, the men of thy kindred, and all the house of Israel together, are they unto whom the inhabitants of Jerusalem have said, Get you far from the LORD; unto us is this land given in possession.

– Fiul omului, fraţii tăi, fraţii tăi dintre rudele tale şi toată Casa lui Israel din exil, toţi aceştia sunt cei despre care locuitorii Ierusalimului zic: „S-au îndepărtat de Domnul! Nouă ne-a fost dată ţara aceasta în stăpânire!“
