Lamentations 2:15 ~ ﻣﺮﺍﺛﻲ ﺇﺭﻣﻴﺎ 2:15

S amech All that passed by clapped their hands over thee and whistled and wagged their heads over the daughter of Jerusalem, saying, Is this the city that men called The perfection of beauty, The joy of the whole earth?

يُصَفِّقُ عَلَيكِ بِيَدَيهِ كُلُّ عابِرِ طَرِيقٍ. يُصَفِّرُونَ وَيَهُزُّونَ رُؤُوسَهُمْ عَلَى العَزِيزَةِ القُدْسِ. يَقُولُونَ: «أهَذِهِ هِيَ المَدِينَةُ الَّتِي يَقُولُ عَنْها النّاسُ: ‹هِيَ مِثالُ الجَمالِ، وَفَرَحُ الأرْضِ كُلِّها؟›»
