E gypt and Judah and Edom and the sons of Ammon and Moab and all that are in the utmost corners, that dwell in the wilderness: for all the Gentiles are uncircumcised, and all the house of Israel are uncircumcised in the heart.

tức là Ê-díp-tô, Giu-đa, Ê-đôm, con cháu Am-môn, Mô-áp, và hết thảy những dân cạo tóc màng tang và ở nơi đồng vắng. Vì mọi dân tộc đều không cắt bì, còn cả nhà Y-sơ-ra-ên chẳng cắt bì trong lòng.
