I srael has been like scattered sheep; the lions have driven him away; first the king of Assyria has devoured him; and last this Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon has broken his bones.

Izraeli është një dele e humbur, të cilën e ndoqën luanët; i pari që e gllabëroi ishte mbreti i Asirisë, pastaj ky i fundit, Nebukadnetsari, mbreti i Babilonisë, që ia ka thyer kockat".
