A nd upon Elam I will bring the four winds from the four quarters of heaven and will scatter them toward all those winds; and there shall be no nation where the outcasts of Elam shall not come.

E trarei sobre Elão os quatro ventos dos quatro cantos dos céus, e os espalharei para todos estes ventos; e não haverá nação aonde não cheguem os fugitivos de Elão.
