Jeremiah 49:19 ~ Ieremia 49:19

B ehold, he shall come up like a lion from the swelling of Jordan to the strong habitation: for I will make rest and make him run from upon her, and he who is chosen I shall appoint over her; for who is like me? and who will appoint me the time? and who is that shepherd that will stand before me?

Iată, ca un leu care vine din desişul Iordanului împotriva unui staul trainic, aşa Mă voi repezi şi-l voi pune pe fugă pe Edom din locul unde este. Cine este cel ales de Mine ca să facă aceasta? Cine este ca Mine şi cine Mă va înfrunta? Ce păstor Îmi poate sta împotrivă?“
