Jeremiah 44:25 ~ Jeremías 44:25

T hus hath spoken the LORD of the hosts, the God of Israel, saying: Ye and your wives have both spoken with your mouths and fulfilled with your hand, saying, We will surely perform our vows that we have vowed, to burn incense to the queen of heaven and to pour out drink offerings unto her; ye will surely accomplish your vows and surely perform your vows.

“Así dice el Señor de los ejércitos, el Dios de Israel: ‘Ustedes y sus mujeres han hablado con su boca y lo han realizado con sus manos, diciendo: “Ciertamente cumpliremos los votos que hemos hecho de quemar sacrificios a la reina del cielo y de derramarle libaciones.” ¡Vayan a cumplir sus votos! ¡Pongan por obra sus votos!’
