Jeremiah 44:23 ~ Geremia 44:23

B ecause ye have burned incense and because ye have sinned against the LORD and have not listened to the voice of the LORD nor walked in his law nor in his rights, nor in his testimonies; therefore this evil has come upon you, as at this day.

Perché voi avete offerto quei profumi e avete peccato contro il Signore e non avete ubbidito alla voce del Signore e non avete camminato secondo la sua legge, i suoi statuti e le sue testimonianze, perciò vi è avvenuto questo male che oggi si vede».
