a nd they came in and possessed it; but they did not hear thy voice, neither did they walk in thy law; they have done nothing of all that thou didst command them to do, therefore thou hast caused all this evil to come upon them.

Ei au venit, şi au luat -o în stăpînire. Dar n'au ascultat de glasul Tău, n'au păzit Legea Ta, şi n'au făcut tot ce le poruncisei să facă. Şi atunci ai trimes peste ei toate aceste nenorociri!
