Jeremiah 3:1 ~ Ieremia 3:1

¶ They say, If a man puts away his wife and she goes from him and becomes another man’s, shall he return unto her again? Is she not a land that is now completely polluted? but thou hast played the harlot with many lovers; yet return again to me, said the LORD.

El zice:, Cînd se desparte un bărbat de nevastă-sa, pe care o părăseşte, şi ea ajunge nevasta altuia, se mai întoarce bărbatul acesta la ea? N'ar fi chiar şi ţara aceea spurcată? şi tu, ai curvit cu mulţi ibovnici, şi să te întorci iarăş la Mine? -zice Domnul.`` -
