F or thus hath the LORD of the hosts the God of Israel said: I have put a yoke of iron upon the neck of all these Gentiles, that they may serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and they shall serve him; and I have even given him the beasts of the field.

Assim diz o Senhor dos Exércitos, o Deus de Israel: Porei um jugo sobre o pescoço de todas essas nações, para fazê-las sujeitas a Nabucodonosor, rei da Babilônia, e elas se sujeitarão a ele. Até mesmo os animais selvagens estarão sujeitos a ele”.
