F or your iniquities, and the iniquities of your fathers together, saith the LORD, who have burned incense upon the mountains and blasphemed me upon the hills; therefore, I will measure their former work into their bosom.

delle iniquità vostre», dice il Signore, «e al tempo stesso delle iniquità dei vostri padri, che hanno fatto fumare profumi sui monti e mi hanno insultato sui colli; io misurerò loro in grembo il salario della loro condotta passata».
