L et the wilderness and the cities thereof lift up their voice, the villages that Kedar inhabits; let the inhabitants of the rock sing, let them shout from the top of the mountains.

Que o deserto e as suas cidades ergam a sua voz; regozijem-se os povoados habitados por Quedar. Cante de alegria o povo de Selá, gritem pelos altos dos montes.
