B ecause ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with Sheol we are at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood we have hid ourselves:

Бо кажете ви: Заповіта ми склали зо смертю і з шеолом зробили умову. Як перейде той бич, мов вода заливна, то не прийде до нас, бо брехню ми зробили притулком своїм, і в брехні ми сховались!
